He develops products, runs projects and takes green technology from concept and structural analysis through classification approval and onto vessels in service. He has worked on both sides of the table, developing and selling the technology as a vendor, and specifying and buying it as an owner's representative. He is comfortable at any level of an organisation, from C-level accountability down to hands-on engineering, and has held roles at both early-stage companies and listed ones. ## Core capabilities 1. **Project and programme delivery.** Newbuild supervision, conversion, retrofit, R&D programmes and multi-vessel rollouts.
